Home upgrade services now available citywide Published on December 08, 2025 Menlo Park is now offering no-cost home electrification upgrades to all income-eligible single-family households citywide. Nov. 18, the City Council expanded the Home Upgrade Services program to include more residents. Air District offers up to $12,000 in Clean Cars for All program Published on November 17, 2025 The Bay Area Air District’s Clean Cars for All program recently relaunched with $10 million in new funding, which provides up to $12,000 for eligible residents to retire their old vehicle and replace it with a new or used electric, plug-in hybrid or fuel cell electric vehicle.
