Black Liberation Month celebration

Celebrate 100 years of cultural significance as we reflect on the past, present, and future of Black Americans during this month of history, education, and pride.

Spring Festival and Egg Hunt

Come in costume for a festive people parade and fall carnival; swim in a floating pumpkin patch; go trunk-or-treating in a series of events for the whole family.

Shop local! Light Up the Season

Light Up the Season is a festive "winter wonderland" themed event to ring in the holiday shopping season. Attendees are encouraged to shop and dine at local Menlo Park businesses before and after the event.

Photos with Santa

The annual Photos with Santa event takes place the second Saturday of December and provides a unique experience for your child to meet Santa and get that perfect photo opportunity.

Other events

The City of Menlo Park also organizes many more smaller-scale events and programs throughout the year, such as library programs, public safety programs and other audience-specific events. These smaller-scale events build additional cultural awareness with the diverse population of Menlo Park and offer a smaller, more intimate experience compared to the larger events.
