Alice Lane Townhomes is proposing to comprehensively redevelop the 0.47-acre site at 980-990 Alice Lane. On June 20, 2026, the applicant submitted for full application completeness review under the provisions of Senate Bill (SB) 330. The City deemed the application incomplete on July 20, 2026, due to required items that were missing from the application. Under SB 330, the applicant has 90 days from the date the City deemed the application incomplete, which is October 18, 2026, to resubmit the full formal development application.
