Special inspection and testing is required as specified in §1705 of the 2025 CA Building Code. These special inspections and test are in addition to the required City inspections.
The City of Menlo Park has approved the agencies listed to perform required special inspections. Please note that not all of the agencies on the list have been approved for all special inspections.
A Special Inspection Form is required to be completed and submitted prior to the issuance of a permit when special inspection is required.
