Join us for a study session on the development of the downtown parking lots. The City Council will conduct a special meeting Tuesday, June 2, at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (751 Laurel St.). At the meeting, each of the three development teams, Alliant Communities, Presidio Bay Ventures and Related Companies/Alta Housing, will make a presentation to share their concepts for housing, replacement parking and other aspects of their proposal, and respond to questions from the City Council. This is an opportunity to learn more about the development teams and their vision for Parking Plazas 1, 2 and 3. As a study session, the City Council may provide feedback and guidance to staff, but no action will be taken.
