New affordable housing opportunities: Applications due Jan. 26

Applications are now open for Below Market Rate rental units at Anton Menlo and are due by Jan. 26 at 5 p.m. Units are located at 3639 Haven Ave., and there are three units available, including:

2-bedroom unit at very low income (50% Area Median Income).
Studio and 1-bedroom units at low income (80% Area Median Income).

Preferences will be applied to those who live or work in Menlo Park. The units include air conditioning, in–unit laundry, a fitness facility, a pool and spa, an arcade, a clubroom and a cafe. A scheduled lottery will take place the week of Feb. 9. Applicants will be contacted by lottery rank beginning approximately five days later.
