How to read your water meter and check for leaks

Service line responsibility

MPMW is responsible for maintaining and repairing any leaks that occur between the water meter and the water main. It is the responsibility of the property owner to repair any leaks that occur on the service line that begins past the water meter to the property.

AMI project completion coming soon...

Once the AMI project is complete and the new meters are integrated into the billing system, customers will have access to hourly water usage data with automated leak alerts.

Report other non-emergency Public Works Department issues through ACT

ACT is the City's online issue platform. Some examples of issues to report via ACT include:
