Current status

The 2025 Street Resurfacing project (Project) is part of the City’s Five-Year street maintenance program and generally includes asphalt resurfacing, signing and striping, and minor concrete work within the public right of way. A map of the proposed street resurfacing locations(PDF, 938KB) is available for reference.

Construction updates

On March 25, the City Council awarded the Project's construction contract to Teichert Construction. Construction is complete as of December 2025.
