Green Building/Energy Efficiencies Information

The City of Menlo Park has adopted local amendments to the 2025 California Energy Code and Green Building Standards Code (CALGreen). These amendments establish additional energy efficiencies, electrification and EV charging requirements for all buildings based on work scope. Information regarding these additional requirements is below.
