Downtown Development Open House

Join us for an informational open house to learn about three development proposals submitted in response to the City's Request for Proposals for Downtown Parking Plazas 1, 2 and 3.
The event will be held Thursday, May 7, from 5:30–7 p.m. on the Sequoia Patio (side entrance) outside the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center (700 Burgess St.).
The open house will feature individual stations where each of the three development teams, Alliant Communities, Presidio Bay Ventures and Related California/Alta Housing, will share their concepts for housing, replacement public parking and other uses on the downtown parking plazas. This is an opportunity for residents to review the proposals and meet representatives of the development teams.
