How do I get a Pass?

Log in at the link above with your library card credentials and browse for passes by date or attractions. Make your reservation and print or download your pass shortly before your visit. Pass is non-transferable. You can have two active reservations per library card. If you reserve a pass and do not use it or cancel the reservation, the unused pass will count towards your limit. Pass is non-transferable. Valid ID is required.

What museums are available for reservation as part of Discover & Go?

A full list of partners in the Northern California area is available on the main Discover & Go website. To browse museums with current offers, login with your card to see available dates and passes.

Are you limited to a certain number of museum pass reservations for the year?

Most venues do not have an annual limit per library card number; however, some venues have placed a restriction on the number of times you can use a pass. You can find details by logging in and clicking on "Attractions" at the Discover & Go website.

Can I cancel an active Discover & Go reservation?

Once a pass has been printed your reservation cannot be cancelled. But if you haven't printed it yet, you can cancel an unprinted pass by logging in and clicking on "Cancel Pass" at the Discover & Go website.

All passes are reserved, when do they get restocked?

On an individual attraction's page, you may see the following notice: "All reservations have been reserved at this time. Check back on the 1st of each month."
