2024 Schoolhouse Rocks Educational Fun Run road closures May 19

Residents and commuters surrounding Hillview Middle School are advised to plan ahead for road closures during the 2024 Schoolhouse Rocks 5K, Fun Run & Festival May 19.

The following streets will be blocked off from approximately 8:45 – 10 a.m. as outlined on the map below:

• Olive Street will be closed from Santa Cruz Avenue to Bay Laurel Drive.
• Bay Laurel Drive will be closed from Olive Street to Arbor Road.
• San Mateo Drive will be partially closed where it connects Bay Laurel Drive.
• Arbor Road will be closed from Bay Laurel Drive to Creek Drive.

Learn more about the 2024 Schoolhouse Rocks 5K, Fun Run & Festival from the Menlo Park-Atherton Education Foundation. Online registration closes at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14. In-person registration will be available during packet pick-up at Fleet Feet (859 Santa Cruz Ave.) on Friday, May 17 from noon – 4 p.m. and Saturday, May 18 from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
