The Menlo Park SRTS team has started to plan their spring event to promote fun, active and sustainable transportation modes.
The citywide event will include pedal-powered smoothies with the popular blender bike and family-friendly activities to test your biking knowledge and skills. Stay tuned for fun activities in April and May!
Past events
In 2019 the first Spring Party was organized to launch the Menlo Park Safe Routes to School Program and collect public feedback on the first SRTS strategy and suggested routes to school maps. Many community partners participated in the event.
Last year, the SRTS team joined Love Our Earth Festival, a partnership between peninsula communities to celebrate Earth Day. The event took place at Menlo-Atherton High School on Saturday April 22, 2023. Among the many activities, there was a screening of the award-winning documentary Motherload, a bike blender and smoothie station and Pedego Electric Bikes showcases.
