With school out, summer is the perfect time to keep your kids active by walking and biking in Menlo Park! Whether it's a quick bike ride to the park, a walk to the library or a family stroll through Downtown, small moments of movement can help our students stay healthy, build confidence and get more involved with the Menlo Park community. Biking and walking over the summer can also help children maintain the travel habits they built during the school year. What’s more, the summer break offers ample time to prepare new riders for their first year of walking or biking to school, or help older students gain more independence in a safe and familiar setting.
