Learn more about ADUs at a free event on Saturday, May 10 from 10 a.m. – noon, hosted by the ADU Resource Center of San Mateo County. The event will feature Ryan O'Connell from "How to ADU” and will allow homeowners interested in building an ADU to speak directly with industry professionals.

Attendees will learn the:

  • Allowable sizes of ADUs (how big and how many units)
  • Cost of ADUs and tips for financing them
  • Return on investment for your property or as a rental

The event will be held at Twin Pines Senior & Community Center (20 Twin Pines Ln., Belmont) on Saturday, May 10 from 10 a.m. – noon. Reserve your spot today!
