New Menlo Park Municipal Water Billing Service Vendor

To improve customer service, Menlo Park Municipal Water is in the process of transitioning third party billing services from Minol Inc. to Util360. By May 2024, customers will have access to an all-new online portal with enhanced features that will include better tracking of water usage, automatic water leak alerts, more payment options, fixed billing due dates and consistent autopay dates.

Important information about this transition:

  • There is no impact on set water fees and rates.
  • Water service will not be interrupted.
  • Once the online system is live in May, customers will need to update their payment information. Additional detailed information on the actions needed by customers will be sent before the system goes live.
  • No action is required at this time.
