To improve customer service, Menlo Park Municipal Water is in the process of transitioning third party billing services from Minol Inc. to Util360. By May 2024, customers will have access to an all-new online portal with enhanced features that will include better tracking of water usage, automatic water leak alerts, more payment options, fixed billing due dates and consistent autopay dates.
