New affordable housing opportunities

Applications are now open for Below Market Rate units at two new housing developments, Lume and Vasara. Applications are due May 13.

Rents for Lume and Vasara are offered at a lower rate as of April 29, 2024.

  • Studio, one, two and three-bedroom rental units will be available.
  • Preferences apply to those who live and work in Menlo Park.
  • A lottery will be conducted the week of May 13; applicants will be contacted by lottery rank beginning approximately five days later.
  • Lume is located at 172 Constitution Dr.
  • Vasara is located at 110 Constitution Dr.
