Inclusionary Zoning and Affordable Housing Virtual Meeting April 13
Published on March 23, 2026
The City of Menlo Park is participating in this multi-city initiative to explore updates to and/or enact new affordable housing policies to be applied to new development projects. In addition to Menlo Park, nine other cities and the County of San Mateo are participating in this study.
Join the virtual public meeting Monday, April 13 from 6–7 p.m. via Zoom.
The project team, led by Strategic Economics and Community Planning Collaborative, is hosting a virtual public meeting on April 13 to share the purpose and goals of the study and explain how the findings could be used to inform policies that help produce affordable housing in Menlo Park, through actions such as updating the City’s inclusionary zoning requirements and/or commercial linkage fees. The meeting will provide an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions and participants will also be invited to provide feedback on these policies via a follow-up online survey.
