Caltrans will close the southbound U.S. 101 off-ramp to westbound SR-92 and Fashion Island Boulevard as crews install overhead signage and pour concrete for the bridge at the U.S. 101 and SR-92 interchange.

Closures have been rescheduled to Tuesday, Feb. 24, through Friday, Feb. 27, from 1 to 5 a.m., and Saturday, Feb. 28, from 1 to 6 a.m. During the closures, drivers should take the eastbound SR-92 off-ramp, exit at Mariner’s Island Boulevard, turn right, turn left onto Fashion Island Boulevard and then turn right to merge onto westbound SR-92.

This work is part of the $45 million U.S. 101- SR-92 Short-term Improvements Project, co-sponsored by the San Mateo County Transportation Authority and the City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County. The project is designed to improve traffic operations, enhance local access and support economic vitality in the region.

All work is weather dependent. Please drive with caution. Thank you for your patience as we work to maintain our state’s highways, bridges and tunnels.
