Stormwater Master Plan

The 2023 Stormwater Master Plan provides a comprehensive evaluation of Menlo Park’s stormwater system. The final plan(PDF, 482MB)  has been completed.

The master plan identifies strategies to:

• Meet the system’s infrastructure needs in a cost-effective manner
• Guide capital expenditures for the system
• Furnish important guidance to enhance renewal and replacement strategies, and operational practices

The City Council held a study session on Sept 26, 2023 to discuss the draft plan. On Oct 24, 2023, the City Council accepted the Stormwater Master Plan.
