Fire flow request

Steps

Step 1.Confirm your address is within the Menlo Park Municipal Water service area:

Use our interactive water provider map and enter your address. 

Step 2.Complete the online interest form:

Step 3.Mail or drop off the $473 fee payable to "City of Menlo Park". Attach a copy of the confirmation email. You may also drop off the check in person between the hours of 1-5 pm.

Step 4.Tests are typically completed within 1-2 weeks after form submission. We will provide the report to you via email once the payment is received and the test is complete.
