Construction water meter application

 

Steps

Step 1.Confirm location of proposed construction meter is in the Menlo Park Municipal Water (MPMW) service area:

Use our interactive water provider map and enter your address

Step 2.Complete and submit form:

Construction Water Meter Interest form 

Step 3.Deposit payment of $3,442 on your billing account prior to receiving meter equipment.

Step 4.After deposit payment is received, MPMW will install the construction meter at site location. 

Step 5.MPMW will read the hydrant meter monthly and customers will receive monthly bill statements 

An email will be sent to the applicant once their online bill account has been activated. Visit menlopark.gov/waterbilling for options on how to pay your water bill.

Step 6.After project completion, submit a Move-out form on the water billing portal to close your account

Step 7.MPMW will contact you to coordinate hydrant pickup
