Parking plazas 7 and 8 are located in downtown and provide parking for businesses located along Santa Cruz and Menlo Avenues. The Parking Plazas 7 and 8 Renovations Project (Project) includes the resurfacing of the lots with new asphalt, changes to the layout of the parking stalls to increase their width, replacement of sidewalks and ramps for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and installation of electrical vehicle charging stations and lighting. The Project will include areas for bicycle and motorcycle parking. Due to their condition, some of the trees which are in declining health will require removal and replanting.

The Project is currently in design. Construction of Parking Plaza 7 is scheduled for spring 2027. The improvements for Parking Plaza 8 will be constructed in spring 2028. Please see below for plaza location map.
