Pumpkin Splash at Burgess Pool!

Wear your swimsuit and join us on Sunday, Oct. 25 for our floating pumpkin patch at the Belle Haven and Burgess Pools.

$12 includes a pumpkin, decorations for the pumpkin, a goody bag, and additional time for swimming.

Halloween Hoopla Parade and Carnival

Calling all witches, wizards & woofs! Decorate your bike, wagon, or scooter, dress up your furry friend and put on your Halloween costume as our ghoulish parade struts through downtown to a Halloween carnival at Fremont Park on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The costume parade will depart at 11 a.m. from the parking lot behind Cheeky Monkey. Trick-or-treaters receive a free trick-or-treat bag to use at participating downtown Menlo Park stores.

Attendees will enjoy Halloween-inspired carnival games, jumpers, prizes, candy, balloon and tattoo artists, performances from Menlo Park school bands, and craft tables generously provided by Cheeky Monkey! Photo opportunities abound with multiple Halloween backdrops, a touch-a-truck ambulance courtesy of American Medical Response, and a spooky vehicle from our Public Works fleet!

And be sure to check out the Fremont Park stage as award winning family entertainers, Lori and RJ, will be hosting an interactive party throughout the day with music, dancing, bubbles, puppets, magic and more!

Trunk-or-Treat

Join in the fun at Belle Haven Community Campus for our third annual Trunk-or-Treat on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 4:30 - 6 p.m.!

Trunk-or-Treat is a safe and fun way for children in our community to enjoy Halloween. Instead of going door-to-door, kids will go from car-to-car, with each vehicle’s trunk decorated in a creative and festive Halloween theme. It’s a wonderful opportunity to bring joy to children and families while fostering community spirit.

Trunk-or-treaters will receive a free trick-or-treat bag. There will be candy, music and fun for all.
