Community Fun Run

Get your running or walking shoes broken in for our first-ever Community Fun Run on April 25! The run will start at 9 a.m. at the Belle Haven Community Campus, and participants will cross the finish line in the same spot after a 6-kilometer loop through the incredibly scenic Bedwell Bayfront Park.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, more of a walker, or just looking for a fun outdoor event, this is the perfect opportunity to connect with neighbors, enjoy the fresh air, and celebrate community wellness.

A commemorative t-shirt and medal are included with registration.

Missed the date but still want to participate? Community members can still join us, but will not receive a t-shirt or timing services.

Street closures

Community members who live on affected streets will be contacted with additional details on closures and will be provided with alternate parking options.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING STREET CLOSURES:

• Terminal Avenue will be closed from 8 - 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 25. Vehicles parked on Terminal Avenue from 8 - 11 the morning of Saturday, April 25, are subject to being towed.
• Chilco Avenue will also be closed at the intersection of Constitution Drive. Please note: Meta Way leads to private property and is not a through street.
• Traffic needing to turn onto Chilco Avenue from Bayfront Road will be rerouted to Constitution Drive.
• Overnight Parking: On the evening of April 24 into the early morning of April 25, overnight parking enforcement will be relaxed for residents of Terminal Avenue. The relaxed enforcement will allow residents of closed streets to park on nearby streets instead. If you would like the ability to drive your vehicle out between the hours of 8 - 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, please plan to park your car on a street other than Terminal Avenue before 8 a.m.
• Vehicle access to Kelly Park and the Belle Haven Community Campus parking lot will be closed to the public until 1 p.m.
