New affordable housing opportunities - applications due Oct. 24

The City of Menlo Park is happy to announce that applications are now open for a Below Market Rate housing rental unit at Realm. Applications are due Oct. 24 at 5 p.m.

The unit is located at 1545 San Antonio St. One unit is available:

  • One bedroom at low income rate (80% Area Median Income)
  • Preferences apply to those who live or work in Menlo Park
  • Amenities include: state-of-the-art gym, parcel lockers, 24-hour secure building, underground parking and a BBQ picnic area.

A scheduled lottery is tentatively scheduled for Nov. 7. Applicants will be contacted by lottery rank beginning approximately five days later.
